Can tugging on the ears over and over cause a perforated ear drum? i have had muffled hearing/conductive hearing loss for almost a week immediately after having itched my ear hard. i tugged on my ear over and over trying to clear the muffle?

Exam needed: Common things are common and muffled hearing is commonly caused by buildup of wax in the ear canal. I doubt your actions caused a perforated ear drum. If there is impacted wax in your ear canal an examiner won't be able to visualize the ear drum without first removing the wax, so see your MD or an ENT for evaluation and treatment which may include wax removal if needed.
