Your question is ???: This sounds like something appropriate for a followup office visit. Kids with perforated drums after an otitis will often heal over time but some require patching. Sounds like any initial treatment has not fixed the problem.

See an ENT: He needs to be evaluated. Chronic drainage in a setting of perforations of longer duration can be indicative of other problems like cholesteatoma. And it is not normal to have ear drum ruptures on each side with an infection if that is what happened. He likely needs drops and potentially oral antibiotics. And potentially surgery later if the perforations don't resolve.
