Toning - you can do: Either. But, some fad detox products could actually harm you. Check with your doctor before considering detoxification. Some fresh, organic home juicing regimes can be healthy

Don't "detox" !!: Healthtap physicians have repeatedly addressed this subject with a clear "no" answer to your question. There is virtually no value to colon flushes, cleansers, enemas, irrigation machines when the technique is accomplished to "detox" or eliminate "accumulated waste" or for weight loss. There is significant unjustified risk. Eat moderately, avoid tobacco, minimize alcohol, exercise smart, ; thrive!
