A member asked:

I have a keloid on my ear and its sore, i have an attached earlobe, is it best for me to get it removed or should i let them shrink it or something?

Excision: You have to be careful about surgical removal of the keloid because of possibility of recurrence. Steroid injections can be beneficial in smaller lesions. Please chech with a plastic surgeon.
