I've already had one echogram and 4 ekgs of my heart within a year and a half is there a reason to get another this year i think i'm a hypochondriac?

Depends on symptoms: The symptoms you have determine the need for ekgs and other procedures. It may be that a more prolonged period of monitoring (from 24 hours up to one month) might be useful in defining the reason for your symptoms.
