Depends: If there is surgical vs non surgical intervention there maybe a difference in healing time. Typically regardless of initial treatment with proper immobilization it can take about 6 weeks and some additional physical therapy can help as well. I would recommend you see a podiatrist.

Depends: It depends on the severity of the tear, 4-8 weeks but can be longer. I suggest starting physical therapy, which can speed up the healing process
