This is the first month that i have a regular period from 1-17 thru 1-25 what would the best day for me to try to concieve?

1/26-2/2: That is a long menses. Best dates to conceive are between day 10-16. You need to check for ovulation with an ovulation predictor kit. You may not be ovulating and may need help with that! see a provider if you continue to be unsuccessful.

Hard to tell, but...: Without knowing now long the usual cycles are (without knowing when the next cycle is expected to start), one can only guess at when the fertile days are. If this current cycle is around 28 days, and we hope there will be an ovulation during this cycle, one can try having sex once or twice a day, from the 27th through the 4th. Good luck!
