If i'm not having a period this month and i'm not already pregnant, how do i know when i'm ovulating and when best to try to conceive in that month?

Options: You can check ovulation kits. You can try a temperature chart. Alternatively you can have periodic bloodwork an d ultrasound performed to check. But the bigger question is why you are not ovulating regularly. That deserves to be evaluated.
