I have gastroparisis and now i do not vomit on my own. i have to induce sometimes or i am in major pain. i am seeing my gi next month. any thoughts?

Gastroparesis: I assume you have no obstructing lesions in the outlet of your stomach and that you have true gastroparesis. There are medications such as Reglan (metoclopramide) or Erythromycin that may help. Until you see the gastroenterologist avoid fatty, greasy and oily foods which delay gastric emptying. Eat smaller meals and don't eat for a few hours before bedtime.
