Differential Dx: The number of conditions it could be in addition to gastroparesis is quite large, including pancreatitis, functional dyspepsia, gastric outlet obstruction, rumination syndrome, irritable bowel syndrome (ibs), crohns.

Gastroparesis: There several causes that can mimic gastroparetic symptoms. You are likely to have previous work up such as labs, egd/colonoscopy, possible abdominal/pelvic ct to make sure you have no other underlying diseases such as peptic ulcer disease, gallbladder dysfunction, small intestinal bacterial overgrowth, irritable bowel syndrome, inflammatory bowel disease, dyspepsia, food allergies, side effects.
