You are likely to have previous work up such as labs, egd/colonoscopy, possible abdominal/pelvic ct to make sure you have no other underlying diseases such as peptic ulcer disease, gallbladder dysfunction, small intestinal bacterial overgrowth, irritable bowel syndrome, inflammatory bowel disease, dyspepsia, food allergies, side effects.
