Yes: Saline drops/gel the safest way to treat congestion when pregnant. Decongestants like sudafed or phenylephrine are pregnancy category c which advises weighing risk of fetal injury (animal studies only) against benefit to mother. Vaporizer can moisten dry air & loosen mucus for easier removal.
