Moderate interaction: Consider therapy modification, prozac, (fluoxetine) cyp2d6 inhibitors (strong) may diminish the therapeutic effect of codeine. These cyp2d6 inhibitors may prevent the metabolic conversion of Codeine to its active metabolite morphine.

It is OK: However, fluoxetine decreases effects of Codeine by slowing it's metabolism and you don't get the potential benefit of the drug. Rec. Ask your pcp for a better combination.
