Whats a lower pole cyst in the kidney? and how does it get treated?

The lower pole: Is the lower portion of the affected kidney. An isolated cyst, if small and no renal compromise is identified is typically just an incidental finding during a scan (ct or ultrasound) for something else and just needs to be periodically observed, but not treated.
