Full workup: I'm glad you're taking Isotretinoin for your acne. If you have both truncal acne and abundant body hair as you describe, i'm less interested in individual lab numbers and more in the big picture of what may be going on to disrupt your hormonal milieu. A small ovarian or adrenal tumor is only one of several possibilities.
