I am 6 wk p based on ov date, scan had shown crl 4.6mm, amniotic sac 24.4mm & gestation sac at 42.4mm (11wk p). is enlarged gs a sign of non viable p?

No: A crl of 4.6mm is approximately 6 weeks. If there is a normal fetal heartbeat, i wouldn't be concerned about the discrepancy in gestational sac size. Sometimes gestational sacs are elliptical in shape and will give a false size unless it is measured in 3 planes and a mean sac diameter is used. Also large gestational sacs are not associated with non-viability with a normal heartbeat.
