My wife is now her 29th week of pregnancy.as per the 7th month scan report fetal shows 30.6 week growth & also having excess amniotic fluid - 25.36cm?

Not unusual: The fetal growth is still in the "normal range" but the amniotic fluid is increased. Is there a history of diabetes ? Increased fluid, or polyhydramnios isn't usually a big deal. I would not worry.
