Doctors, , is ibuprofen 100 mg/5ml , the same as ibuprofen 200mg/10ml , can you please tell me which is high doses, , thank you so much?

Your math is right: 100mg/5ml is the same concentration as 200mg/10ml. Just measure out the correct amount (the correct number of ml's). For example, the over-the-counter adult dose is 400mg, which would be 20ml.
