Having extremely painful cramping from early miscarriage. doctor said i could take 600-800 mg ibuprofen at a time but didnt tell me how often. advil doesnt seem to help much. what more can i do ?

Obtain a serum HCG test to make certain you are not still pregnant, as bleeding and cramping may indicate a pregnancy outside the uterus (ectopic). See your GYN physician immediately if the test is positive.
