OTC: Ibuprofen is over the counter so go to a drugstore.

Temporary only: Your body is experiencing pain because it is telling you that you have a dental problem that needs fixing. Ibuprofen and other pain killers will only help for a very limited time. Get to the dentist and address the underlying dental problem. Anything else is just trying to fool yourself.

OTC, but: ibuprofen is OTC. 800 mg is prescription. You can just take 4 at a time. However, you should find and treat the cause of the pain.

Yes, you can: however, you must get to a dentist for help but can use pain relievers (Rx ibuprofen 600mg or 800 mg) as for tooth pain. Do not delay.
