Have recently been in a rta, since then my leg has become very weak and suffering from severe nerve pain down outer thigh. mri rules out spine. help?

Recommend EMG/NCS: Recommend you see a nerve/spine specialist (usually a neurologist or physiatrist) that does a lot of nerve conductions studies or is board certified in EMG to rule out any nerve entrapment or injury. If the MRI rules out your spine as a source then a nerve injury might need to be evaluated.
