How?: Need to see your doctor to get checked out. I don't know how you knew that the problem was not related to an allergy. The spray you are using should not be used for more than 5 days continuously or you may end up with nasal congestion. The spray also does not reduce runny nose , only congestion. An allergist may be the one you need to see.
