It is OK: Apnea should always be confirmed with the proper medical sleep studies (polysomnography). The test it's done at at a sleep center or sleep lab. Do not change your daily routine, because you want to resemble the real picture. Rec.: to avoid alcohol and caffeine, they can change your sleep patterns.

Fine: These should not be a problem. Sleep studies evaluate multiple factors which can effect sleep, including leg movement, as well as the quality and quantity of your sleep itself. Sleep apnea will not be masked by either Nasonex (mometasone) or zantac.
