Many poss reasons: Body aches and pains can be due to many causes. So we need to know more about your emotional health. If you are stressed for any reasons(home life, job, finances etc) it is enough to cause stress related muscle spasms causing aches and pains. One way to get over it is to do daily exercise(walking is the best) either indoors or outdoors. This may provide some relaxation of muscles and help you.
