how do you treat skin irritation in the perineum due to toilet bowl chemicals? tried anti fungal creams ketocnazole cream 2% but they do not help.

Skin Irritation: Anti fungal creams do not treat inflammation. You need to use a mild cortisone cream like Hydrocortisone or the prescription Cloderm or Locoid (hydrocortisone butyrate) lotion in the groin.
