There : There are several creams to choose from. Many "higher end" over the counter creams are great and now there are some excellent prescription creams as well. Usually the entity performing the dermabrasion procedure has recommendations for the appropriate cream.

Minimize dryness: The best cream that I have found for minimizing dryness and irritation after dermabrasion and/or laser resurfacing is elta md. It is a combination of petrolatum, microcrystalline wax, paraffin, and something called pvp elcosene copolymer.

There : There are many options. I like vanicream or cerave cream. Both are very gentle and fragrance free and good for those who are dry and sensitive. Also, it is important to wear a sunscreen daily such as elta md, cetaphil, aveeno, (oatmeal) olay, or others. I hope that helps.

Many work: I don't know if the dermabrasion will have the results you are looking for. Try retin a (tretinoin) product to give your skin overall health, use an exfoliator, and moisturizer. Don't forget sunscreen. For best skin results see an aesthetic doctor, they can guide you for the best skin care regimen.
