I just got diagnosed with dry eye syndrome. any tips?

Moisture: You have dryness due to diminished ability to make tear volume, or an alteration in tear composition allowing your tears to evaporate more readily. There is a "stepladder" of treatment including ointment at night, tear replacement drops during the day, punctal plugs which prevent loss of the tears you make, Restasis which can restore some flow and a few more advanced steps. Discuss with ophthal.
