Not unussual: Tramadol is an unique analgesic drug that is indicated for moderate to severe pain. Although it binds to mu receptors, tramadol is not technically classified as an opioid analgesic. Some common side effects: vomiting, nausea constipation. These side effects may decrease after you have been using this medication for a while. Rec.: talk to your surgeon for more information.
