You : You need to sit down with your parents and explain to them what you said in your post. You should also try to have a serious talk with a teacher you trust. A start would be for your folks to take you to a doctor for a good examination and blood tests to determine if this is a physical problem. You may need to be on medicines to help you focus or to help with anger. Please don't let this go on any longer. My brother had dylexia (trouble reading and spelling) but after confiding in a teacher he trusted, he learned ways to improve and went to college. He is a teacher himself now. Start by talking to an adult you can trust.

Focus: Your anger will only make things worse, try to have an understanding attitude toward yourself, there are probably good reasons why you are having difficulty. Daily exercise, good nutrition, enough sleep and controlling stress are all related to the ability to focus. If this continues consult a mental health professional who can help you learn to focus and concentrate better. My best.

Urgent problem: Get seen now. This isn't going to get better by "promoting your self-esteem" or "learning to relax." your life's ruined if this continues. Get with someone who can check you for a learning problem, adult attention-deficit disorder, or some illness (and there are dozens) that's keeping your brain from working (even a sleep disorder / parasomnia can ruin this).
