Concerning: You need to talk to your doctor to understand better, but the report says is concerning for lung and liver cancer spots. This doesn't necessarily mean cancer, but you need to follow up to be sure.

History of ca breast in 2008. Found multiple ill defined nodules in bilateral lungs which are pleural based. Can it be metastatic lymphadenopathy ?
CT-No masses, nodules, effusion or infiltrate. Evaluation of the lungs reveals mild nonspecific dependent changes posteriorly in the lower lobes with mild interlobular changes not excluded. What does that indicate? Does that mean pleural thickening?
