10 lb/month: If your caloric intake remains steady and you add 4 hours of fast walking you will burn about 1500 cal/day. If you exercise 6 days per week that would be 9000 cal or roughly 2.5 lbs/wk or 10 lbs/month. This would be a very aggressive program.
