Am i right in asking my os to do a tendon transfer on my right ankle. i have footdrop and wear am afo and still have problems with my ankle rolling.

Get 2 opinions: Cannot read the rest of your history but i take that u have developed a foot drop after your most recent ? Surgery . If u have had a long- standing foot drop w/ no significant improvement in the past 18 months and wear an afo, see an experienced foot and ankle surgeon for evaluation for possible post. Tib. Tendon or other transfer... If u have a fixed contracture transfers will not work. Gl!
