What is causing pain in the soft palate after eating or drinking?

Vague: A history would be very important...Duration, severity, time of day, only after eating, eating or drinking what foods? I would want to be checked by a dr. To hopefully determine your problem.

Need moire info: How long have you had this problem, exactly where is it located on the soft palate, have you changed foods/meds/supplements recently, when was your last physical, when was your last dental exam, history of burn/trauma, etc. Please see your Dentist, your PCP, or an ENT for evaluation.
