Maybe no relation: It's unlikely that all these things are related. Excess pimples is typically caused by excess testosterone. Thrush is a yeast infection. Abdominal pain could be related if you have an std. If you're worried, get checked by gynecologist to make sure. Also thrush can be treated as well by doctor. Get checked out, you'll be glad you did.

Coincidental: While I think you have many unrelated symptoms, you do need professional care. The unprotected sex could have resulted in anSTD, or you may have a urinary tract infection. See OBGyn about abdominal pain, discharge. Excess pimples require evaluation by Dermatologist. White coating on tongue may or may not be Thrush, see your Dentist or PCP. Sorry, there's no 1 pill cures all solution for you.
