Febrile illness: This sounds like an acute viral infection, but without being able to examine you am just guessing. Whether you should go to an er depends entirely upon how ill you feel and whether your local pcp can see you fairly soon. If you go to an er you may be there all day and by the time you leave you will likely have a bill in excess of $1, 000. Good luck and hope you're better soon.

Needs to be checked: You need to be examined and checked by your doctor as you may have a viral infection causing your symptoms and since you missed your period you may need blood/urine test to check if you are pregnant or not.
