Suggests infection: Your symptoms are suggestive of infection, may be viral infection. If you had contact with someone with Covid-19, you should get tested. It could be flu as well. It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor. Wish you good health!
