See a doctor: These symptoms are generally a result of some ongoing infection, often viral, and suggest a mononucleosis-like syndrome which can be due to ebv or other pathogens. The only way to get this successfully diagnosed is to see a doctor face to face and be examined and managed professionally. Good luck.
