Those : Those are concerning symptoms and you need to be seen medically. Ringing in your ears (tinnitus), severe headache, nausea and fatigue can be signs of multiple serious medical problems. Please be seen immediately by a doctor for a complete evaluation. If you have severe pain, vomiting, fever, or new complaints then you must be seen in the er.
