Find a therapist: It makes sense to find a knowledgeable supportive person to talk to. You sound like there are things troubling you and it can help you be less confused and upset. If you do it before getting into bad eating habits it will be much easier than after. It's a great investment in your future - and it can be a long, happy one - or a long difficult one. Getting some help seems like a good choice to me.
