Evaluation: To get an accurate diagnosis you need to see your doctor. They may order blood tests to rule out any underlying medical illnesses that could be causing your symptoms (i.e. Thyroid disease). Once all medical reasons are ruled out, then a mental health evaluation of your symptoms can help clarify a diagnosis for accurate treatment.
