See details: What issue gets 'fixed' by surgery? Iron deficiency is not related to either issue although the problem that causes the iron deficiency may also cause constipation.

No: Low iron does not cause dry mouth or costipation. The cause of both problems may or may not be related. And I know of no surgical cause for either problem. Please see both a Dentist and a Physician to begin the diagnostic process. You have some testing in your future.
