See answer : I am assuming you are not on any kind of testosterone replacement therapy. One possibility to rule out is whether your 2 most recent testosterone tests might have been done by a different lab or a different method by the same lab. Medical conditions associated with higher t levels include hyperthyroidism, certain tumors of the adrenal gland, and a specific type of testicular tumor (leydig cell).
