Mri has shown results of bruising on scaphoid.i have not been placed in a cast but it's four weeks on and i feel no improvement. should in be worried?

History of fracture?: Persistent pain an be seen with avascular necrosis of the scaphoid (loss of blood supply to a portion of the scaphoid most often from trauma). Check with your doctor for an assessment of how you are healing.
