Doubtful: That is doubtful but like everything else in life is possible.Depend upon the quality of the MRI and the person reading it.

Unusual: Unusual and doubtful, however it might be read as edema or a ligament tear and the fracture may be minimal this not seem to occupy the lead role in the reading.
