Acid problem: It sounds like you may have stomach acid problems. Often these are easily treated with acid reducing medicines. If these end your symptoms after a several week trial that's good. You may need a gastric doctor to take a direct look into your actual stomach and swallowing tube, esophagus, in search of an ulcer. If you see black stool or vomit blood you should definitely have someone take a look.
