Whenever i work out and im pushing myself i always have to stop mid set because i start gagging with doing the weight.i also feel some burps coming up from gas in my stomach? why? and how do i prevent this gagging. also feels like my throat dries up?

Back off a bit: Reduce the intensity of your exercise by to about 80% of your current effort. Once you improve your strength you may gradually increase the rigor of exercise.
