Question unclear: If you have a 4 year old with these conditions you should have them seen by a pediatric infectious diseases expert. If this is in an adult it is very unusual to see both staph and salmonella producing osteomyelitis in the same patient. If you are being treated and are having petechiae you need to see a doctor immediately and consider having an echocardiogram and ruling out allergy.
