Ultrasound found that each ovary is small and inactive, does that mean that i am post menopausal? does the body still produce oestradiol?

Ultrasound: Doesn't determine if the ovaries are producing hormones. Ultrasound can only see size, whether there are masses, and show the blood flow to the ovaries. Blood tests determine hormone status.
