A member asked:

Does a, b, ab, and o and/or their rh factors look different under a microscope?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

No: The blood cells of the different abo-rh blood types all look the same. The differences are in the protein molecules on the surface of the cells, and such molecules are too small to be seen with a microscope.
