I had 1 abdominal pelvic ct scan about 5 months ago. i am now noticing very tiny clear bumps on my chest and some on my abdomen. they don't itch or hurt. could this be caused from the radiation?

Not likely: Ct scan is most unlikely to be the cause of this. See your primary doctor or a dermatologist for an evaluation.
