Depends: Parasitic diseases, allergic reactions to medication, and inflammatory conditions (asthma, eczema, arthritis) are among the more common causes of eosinophilia. So you could have celiac and one of these conditions. However, there is developing data to suggest a link between celiac disease and eosinophilic esophagitis, especially in the pediatric population.
